It's your personal information . . . and we intend to keep it that way.

At our core is our goal to hold personal information in a secure and private manner. Too often we read of privacy statements where data is used for the website's marketing purposes without the member's control or permission. Not at FitFund. At FitFund your personal information is yours.

• Members own their personal information including all photos, videos and content. No application is allowed to use this information without express written consent prior to their use.
• Access to member tracking data is limited to the member and the authorized managers of the FitFund system. This data includes fitness and nutritional tracking information.
• Sponsors are never allowed direct access to name, address, email or phone numbers. All sponsor promotions are sent through the FitFund privacy engine. When a member receives a promotion, the member is presented with the opportunity to share their personal information.
• All API-developed applications must abide by the privacy rules. API applications must not use any PI data without the express permission by the member.
• Personal information cannot be used in promotions.
• At any time, a member can delete their personal information.
